OUR GOAL; The staff @ Self Defense America is dedicated to Changing hearts, Changing Minds, and Changing Lives. We believe, with proper instruction in the study of martial arts, we can positively impact our community. We believe that martial arts instruction must include Respect, Self-Discipline, Self-Control, Self-Esteem, Concentration, Perseverance, as well as Physical fitness and Self Defense. The instructors at Self Defense America will make every effort to embody these principles with Honesty and humility.
