ASP follows CISD during school year 3:00-5:00,
during the summer and school holidays, we follow the evening schedule.

No one is too old or out of shape to start learning!
Master Tina Roddy and 3 students went to the AAU National Competition in Austin TX. With over 1400 athletes participating from Texas alone (not to mention those from around the Country and some from other Countries) this year’s Nationals was no doubt to be a Texas size success.
Master T. Roddy not only coached the students but also competed in Forms Competition. Placing 1st and winning the Gold. Kamren Bowden competed in Forms and Point Sparring, Placing 1st and winning the Gold in Sparring. Abigail Cooper the Granddaughter of Master Roddy, competed in Forms and Point Sparring placed 3rd in Point Sparring winning the Bronze. And Darin Livingston competed in Forms and Point Sparring winning 2nd in both events brining home two Silver medals. Also a special thank you to Donna Bowden for helping coach the SDA Tournament team.
Self Defense America will be traveling to New Orleans, LA for Jr Olympic Competitions on July 30 thru August 2nd. Qualified Competitors are Kamren Bowden, Abigail Cooper, Darin Livingston and Cody McGraw. Wish these kids good luck if you happen to see them!

from the Center Police Department
for working together to help stop drug abuse.
SDA participates in CPD local drug education program.
